Why I’m Closing
After 35 wonderful years, I’ve made the heartfelt decision to close Fiona Boutique. The recent passing of my beloved husband has been a profound loss, and it has reminded me how important it is to give more of myself to my family.
Like many small businesses in New Zealand, rising costs and changing times have also made it harder to keep going. This hasn’t been an easy choice, but after so many years, it feels like the right moment to close this chapter with gratitude for everything we’ve shared.

My Mission
For 35 years, Fiona Boutique has celebrated Kiwi women with timeless fashion inspired by the coast. My mission has always been simple: to offer elegant, comfortable pieces that reflect both beauty and individuality, so every woman can feel confident and at ease. I’ve always believed in quality over excess, in choosing pieces with care, and in fashion that makes you feel good inside and out.
My Vision
From the very beginning, my vision was to create more than just a boutique. I wanted a welcoming space where women could express themselves, feel seen, and carry a touch of coastal calm into their everyday lives. Fashion, to me, has always been about connection. Uplifting, reflecting who you truly are, and adding joy to daily life. That is the heart of Fiona Boutique, and it’s what I’ve cherished sharing with you all these years.
