Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Fiona Boutique, you’ll help shape how our customers in Auckland, New Zealand discover and connect with us online. You’ll work on everything from social media and email marketing to website updates and customer journey optimisation. Because we’re a smaller boutique, you’ll have the chance to wear many hats, gain hands-on experience, and see the direct impact of your ideas.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, IT, or relevant experience
  • Confidence using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and social media platforms
  • Creative eye for content and detail-oriented approach
  • Availability for 20 to 30 hours per week
  • A proactive, independent mindset and willingness to learn

Customer Service Specialist

We’re looking for someone warm, reliable, and customer-focused to help us deliver the best possible shopping experience. As part of a small team, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful support for our customers, whether by phone, email, or in person at our Auckland base.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solver
  • Availability for 15 to 25 hours per week
